WordPress Theme and Plugin Customization for real estate developer’s portal

WordPress has become the most desired frameworks which could satisfy small and big requirements of business in less time. Just happened to redesign one of the portals of our existing client …. It desired a portal which could satisfy the basic requirement on the website – provide a detailed view of its services in the best possible way. As a real estate dealer, it provides rental accommodation services to wide range of customers in the south-central part of US.

What was really required?

1. A dynamic and intuitive theme on the portal
2. Display of different facilities through images on different pages
3. Floor plan to facilitate users to get an inside view of apartment
4. Gallery that provides a complete view of modern amenities in the apartment
5. Platform that supports multi-lingual features for its customers – English and Spanish

Since WordPress framework is easy to set up and easy to use on any portal, it was a matter of few hours to get all the requirements in place. For the purpose, a couple of WordPress plugins were integrated; plugin for floor plan gallery was incorporated to give an insight of the apartment while another plugin was added to integrate photo gallery which displayed images of different amenities in the form of image sliders. Multi-lingual support feature was added for English and Spanish crowd staying and looking for apartments this US region. In other words, WordPress plugins were integrated and customized to facilitate requirements of the client.
